EDGE Geo Supply Warranty Form

Please provide the following information to process a warranty claim for replacement parts for
Bosch Geo, Comfort-Aire GeoLogix, GeoComfort, Geo-Flo, Hydron-Module and Tetco.
Please all hold all parts for 90-days, Grundfos requires return of pump cap on all warranties.

There is a $50 processing fee on any non-EDGE Geo sold warranty.
