GeoComfort Residential Series Two-Stage, Multi-Position, Vertical Packaged (YT) geothermal heat pumps are a fit for applications that require ducted, forced air heating and cooling. These flexible heating and cooling systems come standard with domestic hot water assist to help cut hot water costs 25% – 40% annually. With our highest efficiencies, these systems are ideal for small to large homes, storage buildings, agricultural structures, etc.

BS/BT
GeoComfort Residential Series Indoor Split (BS/BT) heat pumps provide ducted heating and cooling and hot water assist for 25% – 40% savings on hot water costs annually. These systems can be paired with a conventional furnace to create a dual-fuel system with optimal energy savings. The BS/BT heat pumps can be used for heating and cooling in small to large homes, storage buildings, agricultural facilities, and more.

HP
GeoComfort Residential Series High-Temperature Water-to-Water (HP) heat pumps provides higher water temperatures than most of the industry’s hot water assist options. These systems can be used to supply 100% of the domestic hot water needed for a home or building, or it can be used for radiant heating, pool heating, or snow melt. Since this is a hot water provider, it would need to be paired with an additional geothermal heat pump to meet cooling needs. It is equally at home in new construction or an existing home with a small footprint and ability to connect to the same geothermal loop as another system.
